Our Sablés: the art of biscuit-making
Created by the baker of the time over 120 years ago, the recipe for the mythical butter shortbread has never changed, carefully guarded and handed down from owner to owner.
Our simple, authentic shortbread is made with rigorously selected, mainly local, quality ingredients (French wheat flour, sugar, Isigny AOP Butter, free-range eggs).
Our production methods are traditional, with fresh eggs broken by hand, and the biscuits are by hand cleared from the plates and boxed afterwards.
Each biscuit is an ode to Normandy, with authentic flavors and delicate textures.

Opening hours from Sept till June : Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm.

Ideal for a gourmet break, outside on our terrace or inside in our tearoom, we pay particular attention to accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
