We rigorously select top-quality ingredients, mainly from local producers. Our biscuits are made with PDO-certified Isigny butter, French wheat flour, fresh eggs and sugar.
Made and packed by hand, we produce an average of 18,000 shortbread biscuits a day, and break 1,500 eggs a week by hand.
We are open for you from:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm
- In July and August: 7 days a week from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 7pm, and on Sundays until 6pm.
