Since its creation the shortbread recipe hasn’t changed and still keeps its secret!
A delicious and authentic recipe, free from preservatives or GMOs, using top quality ingredients like the PDO-certified Isigny butter or free-range eggs from one of our partners Notre basse-cour®.
Made and packaged by hand, we bake on average 18,000 shortbread biscuits per day and crack open 1500 per week by hand.

- Vintage tins: radio, fridge, espresso machine, Volkswagen combi, etc.
- English boxes: musical carousels, houses, etc.
