- Tuesday to Saturday: 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm
- July and August: 7 days a week, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 7pm, Sundays until 6pm

If you are a private individual, a tourism professional or a tour operator, come and share our passion and expertise during guided tours of our pastry-making laboratory:
- For private individual:
Slots available every Wednesday and Friday during school holidays, from 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. - For groups:
Tuesday to Friday, 3pm to 5pm (excluding public holidays) - Duration: 20-30 minutes
- Booking is essential
- Groups of 10 people minimum and 20 people maximum
- Programme: History of the Biscuit Factory, shortbread-making process, practical workshop to make and bake your own shortbread, and a little bonus at the end of the visit.
